There seems to be a flurry of two day “snap” sales at the moment that appear and disappear faster than you can say “Can I have a week off work please?”.
Here are today’s offers which have wandered past my eyes:
- ANA is at it again, this time with fares from Europe to Nagoya and Osaka. Prices start at £579 from the UK, €679 from Austria and Germany, €629 from some west European points and CHF 849 from Switzerland. Book by 23:59 18/10/2012 for flying between 05/01/13 and 28/01/13
- Lufthansa are also offering a lot of their long haul network on the sale block in economy too. See http://www.lufthansa.com/online/portal/lh/uk/specials/booking?l=en&nodeid=2036613&cid=1000243&no-mobile-redirect=Y&WT.mc_id=GB_Nlemail for the UK offers. Book by 23:59 18/10/2012 for flying between 05/01/13 and 28/01/13
As usual, these fares will probably earn a small pittance in miles, but do represent reasonable value for money if you actually want to travel.
I’d expect more inventory clearing snap sales to excite the public some more as time goes on as this seems the most popular way to flog seats at the moment…
