It’s Sunday again so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, resting between duties is an All Nippon Airways Boeing 787–9 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport as it awaits its next return duty back to Tokyo and Japan.
All Nippon Airways was the launch partner of the Boeing 787 and operates all three types of the Boeing 787 family (787-8, 787-9 and 787-10).
The airline utilises Airbus A380, Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 777-200, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300 and Boeing 777-300ER on its regional and long haul services (as well as on domestic services too). The airline also operates Airbus A320 family (A320, A320neo and A321) as well as Boeing 737 family units (737-700 and 737-800 on its short to medium-haul segments).
This aircraft – JA890A was delivered to ANA in December 2016 – making it three and a half years old at this time. It is configured with a three-class configuration, with Business, Premium Economy and Economy class seating onboard.
More airplane art tomorrow (due changes in blog operation next week).
