It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a British Airways Airbus A350-1000 being pushed back and readied for departure at its home base of London Heathrow Airport.
British Airways operates a fleet of 13 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft, with a further 5 aircraft to come. They are part of the airlines’ long haul fleet, made up of the Airbus A380, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-8, Boeing 787-9 and Boeing 787-10.
This aircraft – G-XWBL – joined the British Airways fleet in April 2022, operating in a three-class configuration (Club World, World Traveller Plus and World Traveller). It has remained with the airline since then.
G-XWBL has been operating out of its London Heathrow base to Austin, Hong Kong, Las Vegas and San Diego.
