IAG to firm up more 787’s

International Airlines Group - the owners of British Airways and Iberia is planning to convert the 18 options it has for Boeing 787 aircraft into orders. The 787's will be used in part to replace existing Boeing 747-400 aircraft in the British Airways fleet. Deliveries are scheduled from 2017 to 2021. Jetstar Hong Kong was due to commence services mid 2013 - now it seems this is delayed until the end of the year. Boeing take another 787 out for a spin, United delays DEN-NRT service to 12th June

Boeing has conducted another test flight with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner on Monday 1st April. The flight was not related to the Lithium-Ion battery pack issue which has plagued the 787, but as Boeing says it is "addresses ongoing system upgrades to the airplane." according to The Seattle Times.
