It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week on final approach to Frankfurt airport is a Lufthansa Airbus A380 preparing to land at its home base of Frankfurt-am-Main Airport.
Lufthansa operate a fleet of 14 Airbus A380 aircraft in its long haul fleet, supported by a mixture of Boeing 747-400, 747-8i and Airbus A330-300, A340-300, A340-600 and the A350.
With 509 seats aboard, these double-decker planes ply the heavy long haul routes that Lufthansa operate.
